Marty chairs the NZ Peer Advisory Group for Advisory Board Centre having been made a Fellow for his sector leadership. As an active member of Family Business Association NZ, Marty chairs multiple family advisory boards, navigating inter-generational transfer. This provides structured governance to ensure continuity aligned with coaching as the incoming generation grows into their developing roles.
