Jody Bloomfield is a learning, change and transformation leader with 30 years' experience helping organisations and people adapt, grow, and succeed. Her career has taken her across Asia and New Zealand, spanning educational publishing, sales leadership, disaster preparedness, organisational development, and people capability. She has worked with organisations including the United Nations, National Geographic, Pearson/Penguin, AUT, and MPI. Currently, Jody is People Readiness Lead for NZ Post's Drive transformation. She also designed and leads NZ Post's Level Up programme, building literacy and foundational skills while creating equitable career pathways for people facing educational barriers and supporting greater opportunity for growth and development.
