Sean brings over 20 years of experience in the port, logistics, and supply chain sectors. He is currently the Group Manager – Inland Ports and Supply Chain at Lyttelton Port Company (LPC) in Christchurch, New Zealand. In this role, he oversees the operational and commercial performance of two inland ports and leads a team of approximately 90 staff. He is also responsible for managing LPC’s commercial relationships across its supply chain network, including key customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.

Sean began his career with KiwiRail in Auckland, where he spent five years before relocating to Melbourne. There, he held several leadership roles in the transport and port sectors, most notably serving as Landside Operations Manager for DP World at the Port of Melbourne—Australia’s largest container port.

Since returning to New Zealand in 2015 to join LPC, Sean has played a key role in enhancing Inland Port operations and strengthening supply chain partnerships. He is known for his strategic approach, operational expertise, and deep understanding of port logistics.
