Justin is the CEO of National Road Carriers, representing 1500 road transport organisations. He is a transport and infrastructure professional, with extensive leadership experience across road transport, aviation and telecommunications. Prior to joining NRC he was Executive Director of the Board of Airline Representatives NZ, playing a key role in keeping the country’s international airlinks open for 30 airlines during the Covid pandemic. He worked 13 years in telecommunications in senior management roles, including Chorus on Ultra-Fast Broadband, and Vodafone NZ and Australia. Justin is a member of the Freight Advisory Council, and the NZTA Road Freight Safety Group.
