Michele is sought after to help people and businesses across New Zealand navigate crises and media issues.

She started award-winning Public Relations agency, Priority Communications, in 2013, following time as Canterbury District Health Board’s Communications Manager, and in Christchurch earthquake response teams. She has had many years’ experience in journalism and local government communications.

Michele has led public health responses; communicated industrial accidents, strikes and liquidations; helped front foot media and social media issues; and provided communications support around major reputational issues. She has recently been helping companies to plan for and respond to cyber security issues.
