Cathy is the GM Seafood Standards & Market Access for Seafood New Zealand Limited and as part of her role, is the Executive Officer/Chair of the Seafood Standards Council. Her role is to facilitate dialogue between industry and the regulator, and to assist and represent the seafood industry in areas relating to quality and composition, food safety risk management, export compliance, and trade and market access. She also represents the seafood industry in workforce education, training, and development. Cathy brings over 30 years-experience in the seafood sector to this role.
