Sara Goodman-Stickler is President and CEO of the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA), the leading international association representing the temperature-controlled warehousing, transportation and logistics industry. She assumed the role in September 2024 and leads GCCA’s mission to support and advance the global cold chain through advocacy, education, research and industry collaboration.

Prior to joining GCCA, Sara served as President and CEO of WTS International from 2018, where she led the organisation’s strategic priorities across 71 chapters throughout North America and worked closely with the Board of Directors and Foundation to strengthen programmes and member engagement. Earlier in her career, she was Executive Director of the Alliance for Consumer Education and Vice President of Research and Education at the Household & Commercial Products Association (HCPA).

Sara brings extensive experience in association leadership, strategy and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on strengthening industries through collaboration, education and organisational growth.
