Sam leads the Preconstruction team at Apollo Projects, overseeing all aspects of early project engagement and delivery including business development and marketing, design management, estimating, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), and tendering. With 20 years’ experience, including 15 years’ experience in structural engineer consulting, Sam brings a strong technical foundation and a collaborative, results-driven approach to project delivery.

Sam’s expertise in in the intricacies of cold storage design make him an invaluable asset during the early planning stages of a project. He has played a key role in delivering numerous cold storage facilities across New Zealand and is highly skilled at constructively challenging and guiding design teams to achieve best for project solutions.
