Emirates A380 Aircraft Familiarisation Tour
INTERACTIVE AIRSIDE TOUR

To support a smooth and efficient experience, please ensure you:
- Bring the same form of identification used during the pre-screening application process.
- Keep personal items to a minimum. Where possible, please bring only your ID, phone and car keys, as all items will be required to pass through airport security screening.
- Do not bring liquids, gels or sharp items.
- Remain with the group and follow instructions from your Emirates escorts at all times while proceeding through security and accessing operational areas.

Site Tour Guidelines
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please note the following requirements for conference site tours.
Airside Security Requirements: A separate pre-screening process will be completed for confirmed delegates prior to attending these tours. Further information, including any identification requirements, will be provided following registration.
Delegates will be required to:
- Provide required details to support the pre-screening process.
- Present valid photo identification on the day.
- Follow all airport security procedures and instructions from the host organisation.
Delegate information must be submitted in advance, and late changes may not be possible due to security requirements.
Interactive Facility Tours: These tours involve walking through operational facilities and include guided presentations, demonstrations and opportunities to engage with industry experts.
