Pack-In is Sunday 24 August | 12:00pm – 5:00pm

  • All booths must be set up by 5:00pm Sunday (the attendee Welcome Function in the exhibition area starts at 5.30pm)
  • Alternatively, you can set up your booth between 7:00am to 7:30am on Monday 25 August. Contact brittany@mandeville.co.nz to make arrangements for a late arrival.
  • If you have any heavy or bulky equipment to bring in then you need to set up on Sunday to avoid health & safety issues with the venue.

  • 1 × 10amp power supply with a 4-plug multi-box
  • Trestle table (1.8m (W) x 45cm (D), 70cm (H)) with black tablecloth and two chairs

All deliveries to arrive no earlier than Friday 15th August and no later than August 22nd August.

Put one label on every box you send to the venue.

Heavy or over sized items

If you have heavy or oversized items at your exhibition booth - or you required a forklift - then this must be booked with us in advance. The forklift and access through the logistics door is only available on Sunday morning, not during the standard exhibition set up hours. Please contact kim@coldstoragenz.org.nz to book this.

  • Register all attending staff. Register here
  • Company logo required for print magazine (high resolution, full colour, preferably vector EPS file) – email to kim@coldstoragenz.org.nz by Friday 18 July
  • Freight deliveries for delegate bag inserts or booth deliveries -  download the freight label above - to arrive at venue no later than Friday 22 August. 
  • Furniture hire or booth branding – please order from Peek Exhibition at anesu.m@peek.co.nz or phone 021 977 681 by 31 July
  • Delegate bag inserts – your 200 inserts need to be at the Napier venue by Friday 22 August - as the bags will be collated on Saturday before the conference starts. Write 'delegate bag inserts' on the outside of the box so we know we can open it. If you are sending an insert, please tell us, by emailing kim@coldstoragenz.org.nz
  • Electrical equipment – to comply with the venue's healthy & safety rules, please test and tag all your electrical equipment before arriving at the venue

Delegate bag inserts

If you wish to put something in the delegate bags, please follow these instructions:

  1. Please send 200 units.
  2. Your items MUST arrive in Napier, by Friday 22 August latest. We are assembling the bags on Saturday 23 August. It will be too late if you bring your inserts with you on Sunday. Items that arrive after Friday 22 August will not be put in the bags. The venue will accept deliveries between 15-22 August.
  3. Put this freight label on your box/package. 
  4. Write 'Delegate Bag Inserts' on the box, so we know we have your permission to open it.
  5. Please email kim@coldstoragenz.org.nz and tell us what you are sending, so we know to expect your package.
