Yes, the venue has a carpark on site.

Yes, there will be a copy of the delegate list available to pick up at the registration desk on arrival, if you wish to have one.
Yes. But we need to update their name in the system to ensure they have a name badge. Please email us immediately at info@coldstoragenz.org.nz so we can arrange this for you.
The social events on Sunday afternoon are optional extras that can be purchased on the registration form. The conference welcome function on Sunday evening - and the gala dinner on Monday evening - are included in the price of the guest pass.

Until 24 July 2025, you can get a refund, less an administration fee of $100. After 24 July, no registration refunds are possible, but you may transfer your registration ticket to another person at any time for no additional cost. To arrange this, please email kim@coldstoragenz.org.nz
